Welcome to the Falcon series of advanced thermal monoculars - Boasting an industry-leading SUB 20 NETD sensor paired with a high-quality F1.0 lens the Falcon delivers the highest-performance thermal sensor available on the commercial market. This translates into an exceptionally high-quality image even in the harshest of weather conditions.

The highly thermally sensitive 384x288px 12um SUB 20 NETD sensor ensures perfect detail

recognition. Capable of detecting the smallest details like animal hair, subtle physical characteristics and information from the surroundings like branches and leaves – building you a reliable picture of your target and its surroundings.

The Falcon replaces the popular Owl series and builds on the easy-to-use, ambidextrous chassis with a highly robust magnesium housing and four buttons that control all functions with ease, even in total darkness. Powered by a removable 18650 battery and with a run time of up to 6 hours the Falcon is ready for the longest hunting trips.

The eyecup would feel at home on a high-quality pair of binoculars, comfortably holding the display in the correct position, giving you a comfortable view of the large HD OLED screen.

The Falcon is the first HIKMICRO product to offer Image Pro mode. When activated image pro boosts the detail in the image both for animals and the background. In addition to Image Pro, the Falcon also boasts all of the normal software features found in HIK products including a choice of 4 colour pallets and access to the HIKMICRO Sight app which allows you to stream, control and record from your thermal monocular. The built-in 64GB memory also allows you to save images and videos directly onto the monocular.

Delivery

We offer you free UK postage on orders over £100!*

We aim to dispatch orders the same day if possible. If we suspect a delay in dispatch time we will notify you via email.

We keep our delivery costs to a minimum, using 24h/48h Courier for larger parcels and Royal Mail or DHL for smaller parcels. We also offer an International delivery service for an extra charge, depending on the country.

Please ensure you give correct delivery details as incorrect details could slow down delivery.


Delivery of firearms

Due to current UK laws you must be 18 years or older to purchase an air rifle or firearm. Guns cannot be delivered to your home address and must be collected in store or via another registered firearms dealer (shipping costs may be applied for the delivery of guns). When collecting your firearm please bring along your firearm/shotgun certificate to be filled in. We will do all necessary paperwork for you. Please note we do not ship cartridges or ammunition.

Returns

Unwanted Goods

We offer a simple 14 day money back guarantee. If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email/post or call 01748 822108 (stating the reason for the return) and return it to us in good condition and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding a customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded. Please note we cannot issue refunds or credits where the products have been returned back in poor condition or where the packaging is damaged.

It is advisable to return items via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage is not reimbursed.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

Please check your goods on delivery. If items arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 days by phone or via e-mail. Please leave us a mobile telephone number where we can call you.

We will then contact you personally and make arrangements to replace the faulty products as soon as possible or issue you with a full credit.

We will need your name, address, original invoice and the card details you used to make the purchase (we do not store your card details on our database for your security). Please keep the goods safe in the original packaging.
