The latest in hand held thermal imaging, the new Pulsar Helion XQ50F features the latest 17µm, 384x288 thermal core, to deliver market leading thermal images when hunting or spotting wildlife, delivering up to 1800m detection via 4.1x to 16.4x mag and advanced features such as integrated video recording, and wifi integration with iOS and Android mobile devices, delivering the very best quality image through eight user selectable colour palettes.
The new Pulsar Helion XQ50F combines the latest technological advances with market leading performance, to provide the user with a detection range of up to 1.8km allowing detection and observation of wildlife, humans or quarry at much further distances than previously possible with the previous Quantum XQ50 model.
Helion XQ50F models include 4.1x to 16.4x variable magnification, featuring both 2x step-up and smooth, graduated magnification for a truly optimum, customized field of view.
Choose from one of eight user selectable colour pallettes, allowing you to spot quarry in cover, even when traditional night vision devices are impeded such as in grass, foliage, or adverse weather.

Delivery
We offer you free UK postage on orders over £100!*
We aim to dispatch orders the same day if possible. If we suspect a delay in dispatch time we will notify you via email.
We keep our delivery costs to a minimum, using 24h/48h Courier for larger parcels and Royal Mail or DHL for smaller parcels. We also offer an International delivery service for an extra charge, depending on the country.
Please ensure you give correct delivery details as incorrect details could slow down delivery.
Delivery of firearms
Due to current UK laws you must be 18 years or older to purchase an air rifle or firearm. Guns cannot be delivered to your home address and must be collected in store or via another registered firearms dealer (shipping costs may be applied for the delivery of guns). When collecting your firearm please bring along your firearm/shotgun certificate to be filled in. We will do all necessary paperwork for you. Please note we do not ship cartridges or ammunition.

Returns
Unwanted Goods
We offer a simple 14 day money back guarantee. If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email/post or call 01748 822108 (stating the reason for the return) and return it to us in good condition and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding a customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded. Please note we cannot issue refunds or credits where the products have been returned back in poor condition or where the packaging is damaged.
It is advisable to return items via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage is not reimbursed.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
Please check your goods on delivery. If items arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 days by phone or via e-mail. Please leave us a mobile telephone number where we can call you.
We will then contact you personally and make arrangements to replace the faulty products as soon as possible or issue you with a full credit.
We will need your name, address, original invoice and the card details you used to make the purchase (we do not store your card details on our database for your security). Please keep the goods safe in the original packaging.
